Our TGIC Polyesters withstand extended outdoor exposure. Having exceptional flexibility, overtake resistance and color stability, they are routinely used on lawn/garden equipment, appliances, playground equipment, r/v industry products, geothermal equipment, outdoor furniture, vending machines and many automotive applications. Cure parameters are 10-15 minutes @ 350-400 F.
Continuous service temps are 180°F, and acceptable to 220°F on an intermittent basis. Ideal film thickness is 1.2-4 mils (cured).
